Sorry I did not  understand very well, where I must includes the files to protect in my configuration files.

Could you tell me one example for protect .pdf and .doc with shibboleth configuration files..

You can include filenames as the leaf of your Paths, or nest Path elements
for each file to protect in your parent element.

Or just use htaccess if this is Apache.
