If this is Apache, you should probably look at the Apache documentation and
use htaccess files, as that's usually more comfortable for Apache sysadmins
to use.

All of the child elements are documented as you go through the various parent
elements. You can also search on PathRegex.
1.3.1 supports more or less the same syntax.
