The second shibboleth is the profile name. I suspect it could be shortened 
to shib if anybody cared, and I'm sure it's modifiable.

I wonder if it's time to make the default warfile "idp", but I suppose 
there's some free publicity in seeing "shibboleth" in these URLs, even for 
the SAML2 profile handlers.

The web.xml is probably slightly incorrect.
