I'm going to be breaking the IdP, and possibly shib-common, trunk for a 
couple days, starting tomorrow at 12:00 EDT.  Everything should be back 
to working on Friday, possibly sooner.

So, any 2.0 IdP testers we have out there, do *not* update your code 
after that time (note that running the 'idp' target in shib-dist does do 
a code update, so don't do that).
