Contrary to my assumption, I guess the port application can't access a port 
repository using http://, so without an rsync server to host the files, I 
can't do much to fix that.

Using them should be possible by copying the files into a local ports folder 
and pointing sources.conf at that, not sure what other options might be 
possible.

Anyway, everything but Shibboleth itself is covered now, so "port install 
opensaml" will build and install all the dependencies.
