It is what it is. Early Linux had horribly out of date autotools and we had
to work around it somehow. There's no easy way to know how to invoke
autotools.

It's fixed now. I missed a reference to a file when we deleted the InQueue
references. Using a branch is not the same as using a tag, it's subject to
problems like this because I don't test every change until I prepare
releases.

You should expect issues and problems when using platforms I don't use. If
people want support for other Linux platforms (i.e. not Red Hat), they need
to supply the time to test builds, supply patches, etc. That's part of open
source. It will probably not just work all the time, no.
