I think it's got to be there, in Apache's ServerName I would think. That's
where the host name comes from when relative paths are used.

My guess would be that when it tries to determine whether your
/Shibboleth.sso/SAML/POST access is supposed to be handled, it's comparing
your absolute URL (with edu) to the one it constructs dynamically using
ServerName and not getting a match, leaving nothing to handle the request.
