It won't be flat for long, hopefully (though apparently people like Albert Lunde still print this out), so I'll keep both in there. I'll go ahead and make it live now, having not heard any screams to the contrary.

Up to you. I don't like the idea of removing potentially useful information, but obviously having multiple paths in a flat document makes it harder to read.
