Just to clarify, by putting it on the main page do you mean that you will update the copy at http://shibboleth.internet2.edu/guides/deploy-guide-origin1.2.html which is linked from the release page? Or I am happy to do that if you like, once it is frozen...

Seems like time, so I just checked in a new version of the deploy guide(/java/doc) containing (I hope) accurate instructions on how to use the Coyote/JK2 connector and when it's possible to do so. If I get the nod of assent from various people I'll put it on the main page.
