I can't say for certain that you would want to change every instance, but I
can't think of any offhand you wouldn't, since I changed the identifiers to
example.org.

That doesn't work in general because of vhosting and so forth. I could have
coded something to map "localhost" to the default server hostname, I guess,
but I think that moves beyond "convenience" and into "confusing".

The real answer is somebody needs to write a script to install the software
by prompting for the hostname and subbing it in.
