Unpack in a drive root, C: preferably, and it will build an \opt\shibboleth
tree matching what we have on Unix and all the config files should be more
or less ready for minor tweaking.

The target deploy guide in doc/ will describe all the settings and walk
through IIS configuration.

I've included debug and non-debug symbols. If you put \opt\shibboleth\lib in
the path, you'll get the optimized code, \opt\shibboleth\lib\debug will use
the debug builds. There are corresponding debug folders in libexec and bin
for the shar and Apache/IIS modules.
