Some progress made. I've added most of the projects needed to the VC6
workspace file in the root (Shibboleth.dsw).

Aaron, I removed your build files in the deep subdirectories, and replaced
them with my dsp files in the various top level directories (oncrpc,
shib-target, etc.) You should be able to load Shibboleth.dsw and make
whatever adjustments desired to paths and such. Most of that stuff was
already done by me a while back, it's just only now getting corrected and
updated.

I've got just about everything but the shar building and linking now. This
is a far cry from "working" or even testable, but it's progress.

Main shar fix needed is replacing getopt(), which is easy to replace, and
some rpc symbol issues.

The rpc library builds, but it's riddled with serious warnings like
functions w/o declarations to make me doubt it will run smoothly without
some work, so I'm still pretty cautious about predicting anything yet.
