Walter's out until Monday, and I'd like to close the book before then, so I'd 
be happy to comment them out if that's what people
think we should do.

The main reason everyone's tripping over it is that it hadn't been documented 
yet, but that won't stop it from happening.

One problem with this is that if we comment it out, the default resolver 
setup for testing won't send anything, since the default
ARP just sends affiliation.
