Its starting to look like an app!

A few specific comments:

- as a starting point, I continue to like a browser's bookmark display.

- for the time being, I don't think we need to display the SHAR name, 
on the first page. Instead, I'd suggest a "title" or "name" field; 
the user could enter something to remind themselves what this url 
points at.

- clicking the url should take the user TO the url, not to the 
editing page. Some other small icon to go to the editing page?

- on the edit page, I'd like visual feedback that a site ARP is 
forcing something to be released, etc.
