Just a heads-up, while we're debugging the components, I'll have to
occasionally commit a new opensaml jarfile into the servlet lib folder
and you'll need to do a new build of the warfile, or at least:

cvs update shibboleth\java\webApplication\WEB-INF\lib\opensaml.jar

and then copy it into the tomcat webapp.

I would do that frequently, or at least run the update command to see if
it's changed.

I just committed a new version that fixes some initialization problems.
