Hi Andy,
The perl-Hash-Merge repo isn't auto loaded. When added by hand, the install proceeds to conclusion and the 'psconfig maddash-grid-edit' command runs fine.
However, now that I can finally complete the install and start Maddash's services, the maddash-webui page only has the blue banner with appropriate 'Title' and footer, but only the infinite spinning circle shows below the banner, no grids.
If I add the .json file directly to /etc/perfsonar/psconfig/maddash.d directory, no change in behavior. on the maddash-webui page.
In other news, while installing the three EL9 testpoints to go with the EL9 MaDDash, the install was stopped. It needs 'perl-File-ReadBackwards' to be manually added.
Wish I had better news, thanks for delving into the issues though.
Phil

Is perl-Hash-Merge installed? Possible a missing dependency reference or something if its not installed and you are able to install it fine with “dnf install perl-Hash-Merge”.
