Hmmm run a a “dnf clean all” maybe? I ran the install last night without issue and those two RPMs you mentioned are the only ones that are updated. The last two messages you can ignore since it was falling back to old packages, not sure why it would complain about missing python-pyjq since it is in the repo and has been since initial 5.0.5 release: https://linux.mirrors.es.net/perfsonar/el9/x86_64/5.0.5/packages/python-pyjq-2.4.0-2.el9.x86_64.rpm
