Rechecking this morning, the Centos7 Tookkit bundle fully installed, including the 5 'Optional Packages' mentioned on the documentation page as being automatically installed with the Toolkit Bundle.
My 'hack' of using the perfsonar-common.rpm from the 5.0.2 version was my mistake and it likely caused the additional rpms to NOT load.
Thanks for the quick response,
Phil

WRT "Optional Packages weren't loaded”, what exactly do you mean? On a toolkit install all the “optional packages” as they are called in the docs are requirements of the RPM and installed by default. They are only “optional" for the non-toolkit bundles (e.g. testpoint).
