I grabbed the 5.0.2 version of prefsonar-common and I was then able to complete the 5.0.3 Toolkit install.

Once installed, I see that the Optional Packages weren't loaded.

Not sure if that was because of the hack it did or some other issue.

Just reporting things I'm seeing.
