postgresql-9.5.service is still enabled. It fails during boot, so it
doesn't cause any issues, but leaves the system in degraded state...

Not sure how that case got overlooked, because it’s an obvious one.  We’ll get a fix out for that shortly.

In the short term, ‘systemctl disable --now postgresql-9.5 && reboot’ should get you back into running conditions.
