perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hi!

After upgrading from perfsonar 4.2.4 to 4.3.0 it seems the 
postgresql-9.5.service is still enabled. It fails during boot, so it 
doesn't cause any issues, but leaves the system in degraded state...
