If we can use 443 for redirect, then why it's not default for PS.

443 is the default for everything in perfSONAR. 80 is open and allows a
minimal level of anonymous, unsecured access to the web GUI. Other parts,
like pScheduler will refuse any request not delivered via HTTPS and some
others will redirect to 443 automatically. Port 80 can be blocked and the
toolkit will function just fine.

My understanding of Arayik's question was how to install a SSL certificate,
but maybe we should take a step back from the implementation so I have better
context: what problem are you trying to solve?
