Hi David,
Please also tell what pS software are you running and what version on which OS. We can only assume here about pS Toolkit on CentOS 7.x.
Please check if you have the required package:
‘yum list python-dateutil’

Hi Andrew, . bin/activate is now working but dateutil is still missing, thee is also a typo in the instructions, a missing "/" in the beginning of conf file path.
[root@tech-ps ~]# cd /usr/lib/esmond/ [root@tech-ps esmond]# . bin/activate (esmond)[root@tech-ps esmond]#
