Hi Ivan, The system was installed from a PerfSonar installation image. perfSONAR Toolkit v4.2.4-1.el7 CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 (Core) python-dateutil.noarch 1.5-7.el7
As I mentioned in my original email: export PYTHONPATH=/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages resolves the problem by adding existing dateutil to the python search path.
