Hi Victor,

Thank you for your report.

The next time you see this happening, could you have a look at the status and 
logs of the Postgres and Apache servers?  Enabling debug on the pscheduler 
API might also show more information in the logs.  This is done with a simple 
`pscheduler debug on api`
