Hi,

It happened the second time over couple of weeks that  pscheduler on our
production pS host all of a sudden stopped working properly and reporting
error messages like this:

May 13 11:08:58 ps-londhx journal: pscheduler-api ERROR    Internal error
2001:630:3c:f800::209 POST https://ps-londhx1.ja.net/pscheduler/tasks: Error
getting tools from ps-londhx1.ja.net: Operation timed out after 10001
milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

The log files have only such messages without any other details.

pscheduler troubleshoot gives similar information:

[victor@ps-londhx pscheduler]$ pscheduler troubleshoot
Performing basic troubleshooting of localhost.

localhost:

  Measuring MTU... 65535 (Local)
  Looking for pScheduler... OK.
  Checking clock... OK.
  Exercising API... Status... Tests... Tools... OK.
  Idle test... Failed.
Unable to post task: Error getting tools from localhost: Operation timed out
after 10001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

When it happened the first time the rebooting of the host helped. Now I'm
goimng to do it again but it would be useful to know the reason and prevent
happening it in the future.
