Hi,

I don’t see any throughput tests defined in OSG mesh file it uses: http://psconfig.opensciencegrid.org/pub/auto/repos.indiacms.res.in

My guess is that either that host is supposed to be latency only and shouldn’t have the throughput check or the throughput tests never were added. I CCed Shawn McKee since he manages the OSG meshes and probably can help clear-up the right answer.

I think both issues are relate to each other (not sure).
