Hi Jim,
Was the sole source of tests http://perfsonar-dashboard.oar.net/toolkit/OARnet-Dashboard.json prior to the update? If you run “psconfig remote delete http://perfsonar-dashboard.oar.net/toolkit/OARnet-Dashboard.json” it will stop trying to reach that URL but that won’t solve your problem if it has configuration items you need. It looks like maybe that file is behind a firewall so attempts to retrieve it are timing-out. If you have a local copy and just want to use that you can run “psconfig remote add FILE” where FILE is the path to the local file you want to use.
