A few weeks back, I finally got around to wiping & rebuilding one of our CentOS 6-based pS servers.  I followed the procedure at http://docs.perfsonar.net/install_migrate_centos7.html, and it seemed to work...at first.  All of perfSONAR metadata seems to have made it to the new system, and I can see the list of previously-configured tests...but there are no test results being displayed at all on the home page ("No data available in table").

pScheduler appears to be in a bad mood, and I can't find any obvious way to clean it up.  It appears to have at least one bad configuration item in it, based on the "psconfig-pscheduler-agent.log" file:
2019/03/25 11:05:55 INFO pid=48618 prog=main:: line=178 guid=58E9786A-4F0F-11E9-AA6B-DD19E9C95C17 msg=Agent completed running
2019/03/25 11:05:55 INFO pid=48618 prog=main:: line=189 guid=58E9786A-4F0F-11E9-AA6B-DD19E9C95C17 msg=Time until next record refresh is 3539 seconds
2019/03/25 12:04:55 INFO pid=48618 prog=main:: line=176 guid=BB01DF9E-4F17-11E9-AA6B-DD19E9C95C17 msg=Running agent...
2019/03/25 12:05:55 ERROR pid=48618 prog=perfSONAR_PS::PSConfig::BaseAgent::_process_psconfig line=371 guid=BB01DF9E-4F17-11E9-AA6B-DD19E9C95C17 config_url=http://perfsonar-dashboard.oar.net/toolkit/OARnet-Dashboard.json config_src=remote msg=Error loading psconfig: HTTP/1.1 500 Timeout connecting to server
So...the question is, how can I get that cleared out & have pScheduler execute the locally-configured tests as defined?
