perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Thank you Szymon, I changed the configuration file and am now seeing the IP address of the interface as the primary interface, but under every place where I can configure “interfaces” I still only see “default”, “em1” and “lo” not p1p2.  If I configure a test, is the default interface the primary interface so it should use p1p2?

Any help appreciated.  I'm sure I'm missing something simple.  

Hi Greg,

It could be that detection of the primary interface didn't work perfect in your case. You may still display it in your Toolkit GUI by editing in /etc/perfsonar/toolkit/web/web_admin.conf a property primary_interface . Uncoment it and put your interface name.
