Hello Danny,

Can you share with us some details about the hardware of the system you're 
using to run this perfSONAR installation? The 
perfsonar-configure_nic_parameters script sometimes gives error with some 
virtualisation technologies that don't give access to fine tuning the NIC 
parameters.

Can you also try to run `systemctl -l start 
perfsonar-configure_nic_parameters.service` to see if you can get more output 
of that command?
