     I'm having problems with owamp on a new PS4/Centos7 box that was freshly installed via a toolkit ISO a couple of months ago.  This morning while troubleshooting that I was reminded of another issue I'm having on that box.  

     Since the install, I occasionally get emails from the (new) abrt-cli service in CentOS 7 complaining about a problem restarting the pscheduler-runner service.  It's clearly a permissions error, although I don't see what's wrong with the permissions.

     The email is below.  My owamp problems may be unrelated, so I'm not going to go into them here.  Is anyone else seeing this behavior?  If I hand restart pscheduler-runner, it takes a VERY long time (30 seconds or more) to shut down and the does appear to start again, since a "status" shows it running.
