Hi Michael,

Thanks for looking into this report. Both of the links you sent worked
for me in Chrome. Here is a link to the test box where I see the
problem, it should be publicly available:

https://165.123.50.180/toolkit/

I thought it might be a default cert but it looks like the link you sent
is similar.
