I will have to come back to you asking for help with the perfsonar box registration.

 

I ran the command for the pid restart but it didn’t help.

Could you give me the list of ports and hosts to be opened for Look up service to be working. Our firewall allows all outbound TCP connections and established inbound TCP connections.

 

The link in the internet to the list of ports point to non-existing web page.

Here is the link for ports list: http://docs.perfsonar.net/manage_security.html
For Lookup Service 8090 should be opened. Also the lsregistrationdaemon by default bootstraps to get the list of available lookup services by downloading the a file at http://ps1.es.net:8096/lookup/activehosts.json. It must be available.

You can verify outgoing connection with: curl "http://ps-east.es.net:8090/lookup/records?type=host”

What is you LS registration log saying?
