     Ahh, yes I see now what you mean how the scripts arent mentioned in the centralmanagement section of the install instructions. The omission makes sense when you mention this but they way the document is written out forces the user to have to make some assumptions.  However, I do question why no mention of some of these scripts because correct me if I am wrong here but for a centralmanagement/MA host wouldnt you want the NTPd synced up and/or the service watcher? Looking at what is involved with centralmanagement/MA there are a number of services that are critical for that part of perfsonar or does service watcher only care about services running on testpoints? Thanks!

But I cant find anywhere a mention of what script this is, nor how I would go about doing this via the CLI or other methods. As I intend to deploy this on virtual machines across multiple cloud providers in an automated fashion I need to find a way to achieve this without user intervention. I see a mention of /usr/lib/perfsonar/scripts/nptoolkit-configure.py for adding and deleting users, but this script is nowhere to be found on my system.

Trying to help in the other issue you reported. Which pS bundle did you install and you are missing the scripts?
I guess you are missing most of the directory /usr/lib/perfsonar/scripts/ ? If your installation is perfsonar-centralmanagement then I guess you will not find them by default installation.
