For the cellSize and colors: Try emptying your browser cache. You do not need to restart maddash-server for those change, it is not involved with those settings. 

For the graphs: Can you send me a link to your dashboard? I need to see how you have it configured. There’s a number of ways you can get combined graphs. If you have a host that runs both throughput and latency tests, then the graphs will always show everything. This is just how the current graphs work, nothing to do with maddash. Most people consider this a feature ;)  Alternatively, if you have one host for throughput and one host for latency at the same site, there is a way to have the meshconfig build a graph URL in maddash where it combines results from both sites, so maybe you have that enabled for one type of test and not the other. It would be through the enable_combined_graphs option in your /etc/perfsonar/meshconfigguiagent.conf file. There are probably a few other scenarios where this could happen like if you are dual-sacked and not being specific about whether you want v4 vs v6 results in one case but not the other. Probably easiest to just sen me a link and I can look at your dashboard.

Second thing:
I have a mesh of owamp and bw tests. This results in two grids in the
dashboard. However the owamp grid graphs contain also throughput results
in addition to loss and latency. While throughput graphs are just
throughput. What is teh reason for it and is there a way to awoid it and
have proper metrics on proper grids only?
