perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

I have recently integrated perfSonar within my network architecture and am
looking to also integrate MaDDash for easy access to the data.  I have gone
through most of the documentation at http://software.es.net/maddash/ and have
defined a list of hosts within 'groups'.  When I look at the WebUI, I am given
an error for every node:

'Exception executing command: Cannot run program
"/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_throughput.pl": error=2, No such file or
directory'

My question is, do I need to have Nagios installed and working on the server
as well?   The documentation was not clear on that.
