NDT requires the web100 kernel whether you are doing a standalone installation or running on a Toolkit. If you are doing a standalone, yes you have to install web100. On the toolkit, it will install web100 by default. You may just need to reboot if you haven’t done so in awhile to get the web100 kernel running since the web100 version of the kernel returned by uname was released in the past couple weeks. The toolkit will have downloaded the update by now (unless you messed with the yum files to exclude the kernel from auto-updates), but kernels do not take effect until you reboot.

Do you have a web100 kernel according to ‘uname -a'?

Good point.
[@psmall-poz1 ndt]$ uname -a
Linux psmall-poz1.man.poznan.pl 2.6.32-642.3.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Jul 12 18:30:56 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Is it enough to load web100 kernel in the toolkit to have it properly running? NDT cookbook describes the process of a standalone NDT installation.

Regards,
