Yes, the files are supposed to be in  /var/lib/perfsonar/lscache. If they have not shown up yet and teh GUI is still misbehaving, try running "/etc/init.d/perfsonar-lscachedaemon restart”. That should force a download.

Just to confirm, are the contents of the .tgz supposed to be in the /var/lib/perfsonar/lscache  ?

Are you able to reach http://www.perfsonar.net/ls.cache.hints from your host? Likewise are you able to download at least one of the .tgz files listed? If not, this is definitely the issue.

Hi Colin,

Can you use the normal UI and provide /var/log/httpd/error_log ?
