Hi Colin,

My guess would be you are hitting this issue: https://github.com/perfsonar/toolkit/issues/119

Are you able to reach http://www.perfsonar.net/ls.cache.hints from your host? Likewise are you able to download at least one of the .tgz files listed? If not, this is definitely the issue.

Hi Colin,

Can you use the normal UI and provide /var/log/httpd/error_log ?
