Hi Andrew,
So my host was completely isolated from the internet, and I have poked a hole through my firewall to allow access. Am now able to browse to that site and also download that .tgz file.
Just to confirm, are the contents of the .tgz supposed to be in the /var/lib/perfsonar/lscache ?
Thanks,
Colin

Hi Colin,My guess would be you are hitting this issue: https://github.com/perfsonar/toolkit/issues/119Are you able to reach http://www.perfsonar.net/ls.cache.hints from your host? Likewise are you able to download at least one of the .tgz files listed? If not, this is definitely the issue. Thanks,Andy

Hi Colin,
Can you use the normal UI and provide /var/log/httpd/error_log ?
