Thank you for information. Tests are working from CLI so fw seems to be correct.
Please do: sudo service perfsonar-regulartesting restart
And then could you provide us with /etc/perfsonar/regulartesting.conf and /var/log/perfsonar/regular_testing.log ?
Please also share with the result of: ps -ef|grep perfSONAR
