Do you have a bwctl.keys file? If yes, does the username exist in the bwctl.keys file?

Those same three error lines are repeated hourly in
    /var/log/perfsonar/owamp_bwctl.log

I don't see an error in the file syntax and it had been working fine for many months (or years).

I've commented out the user line in the bwctl-server.limits file for now to restore operation.

On the homepage:

What needs to be done to fix the problem?
