Hello George,

We spotted 2 errors in the packages you had issues with. We just built and
released newer versions of both owamp and libperfsonar to our repositories.

That should solve the problem you are seeing. Can you try once more an
'apt-get update' and 'apt-get upgrade' and report back to us any issue you
still face?
