Changed the Timeout in httpd.conf file and now the complete page displays
again.

Hi,

System was working well after last reboot 10 days ago, then we had a cooling
problem in our data center.

Now Globally registration fails

From LSregistation logs:
ERROR> Base.pm:312 perfSONAR_PS::LSRegistrationDaemon::Base::register -
Problem registering service. Will retry full registration next time: 403
Forbidden(key=NONE, description=metadata 132.177.100.142 to 129.114.0.193)

From web_admin logs:

2016/03/14 10:32:19 (8569) ERROR> Host.pm:337
perfSONAR_PS::NPToolkit::DataService::Host::get_details - Unable to find
host record in LS using hostname perf-rcc.unh.edu: Timeout at
/usr/lib/perfsonar/web-ng/root/services/../../../lib/perfSONAR_PS/NPToolkit/
DataService/Host.pm line 331.

And our test results page Displays a Gateway Time-put

Any suggestions on where to start, nothing really jumps out at me from
looking at the logs.
