perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

I've tried rebuilding a couple of old systems as nodes to use for 
limited purposes here and am following the instructions on:

http://docs.perfsonar.net/install_options.html

and there's some small problems with the instructions provided so I 
wanted to ask if anyone wants feedback on it.

(The reason for using this approach is the 3.5.1 Full install disk 
creates a system that won't boot due to kernel panics)
