Dan - I'm sorry, that wasn't my intent at all.  The fact is, I don't know
enough to know whether I shouldn't like your proposal or not.  In
point of fact, I'm quite interested in what you've said in this thread.

Not at all.  I want you to educate me so that I understand.  A
white paper could be tremendously helpful in that regard.
