Assunto: Re: [perfsonar-user] Strange errors visualizing BWCTL graphs from MaddashHi,Both the graphs on the MaDDash instance and your local instance look the same and both have red dots:http://190.103.186.5/maddash-webui/details.cgi?uri=/maddash/grids/ONOS+AmLight+Testbed+-+UDP+BWCTL+Test+Between+ONOS+Bandwidth+Hosts/10.10.14.2/10.10.12.2/Throughputhttps://190.103.184.147/serviceTest/graphWidget.cgi?source=10.10.14.2&dest=10.10.12.2&url="http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fesmond%2Fperfsonar%2Farchive%2FLooks like around last Thursday (Aug 6th) iperf3 started reporting some malformed results in one direction. You might try running “bwctl -T iperf3 -t 20 -i 1 -s 10.10.14.2 -c 10.10.12.2” and see what you get.Hope that helps,AndyOn Thu, Aug 13, 2015 at 11:25 AM, Humberto Galiza <> wrote:

Greetings,
I'm experiencing problems to visualize the measurements on an experimental pS and Maddash deployment.
I see some red circles at some points of the graph timeline, and when I click on it I got the following error:
"Error from bwctl/iperf3: Problem parsing output: malformed number (no digits after initial minus), at character offset 8661 (before "nan\t\t\t\t}\t\t\t}]...") at /opt/perfsonar_ps/regular_testing/bin/../lib/perfSONAR_PS/RegularTesting/Parsers/Iperf3.pm line 54."
The graph can be accessed via:
http://190.103.186.5/maddash-webui/details.cgi?uri=/maddash/grids/ONOS+AmLight+Testbed+-+UDP+BWCTL+Test+Between+ONOS+Bandwidth+Hosts/10.10.14.2/10.10.12.2/Throughput
I think that it's not a measurement problem because I can see the BWCTL test graph directly on the source host (https://190.103.184.147/serviceTest/psGraph.cgi). However, as I mentioned before, I'm stuck with this error when I try to visualize the results on Maddash.
Does anybody can throw some light on what is causing these errors and what can I do to solve it?
Thanks in advance.
