Thanks for the response. For some reason my sessions are denied, which I 
think I mistook earlier for most sites not providing UDP test endpoints 
at all. For example:

bwctl -c llnl-pt1.es.net -u -b200m -T iperf3
...
bwctl: SessionRequest: Denied by llnl-pt1.es.net

Even if the session was allowed, 200Mbps isn't much of a test for what 
I'm testing. I was hoping for 1-5Gbps, but that might be asking too much.
