Is the instance registered to the Global LS i.e. what's the value of the "Globally registered" field in Host Status?
Nothing specific in fact in the ls log. Does the situation reoccur?

For the test problems let's rise the logging level and see as nothing wrong in the current log. Could you please edit /opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit/etc/config_daemon-logger.conf and change there log4perl.logger.perfSONAR_PS=INFO to DEBUG, save and then restart /etc/init.d/config_daemon restart
Try doing the actions via gui which failed. And then send us the log.
Remember to change back to INFO level afterwards.
